configuration rental of a holiday home

I want to arrange the rental of a holiday home. I have added the property and the bedrooms it has, but when I make a reservation it states it as one room and does not reserve the entire cottage. In other words, he is paying me because I have another room for rent but I want to make it available as an apartment. how can i set it up?

An apartment with 5 bedrooms.
The entire apartment must be reserved.
Using the "Check Availability" module, the reservation form asks for the number of rooms to reserve!
It should be all rooms by default.
How do I do this?

If you want guest to book all rooms by default, you should activate option Is Exclusive in our room type > Publishing.
