Subject missing from Mail Catcher mails but only a certain subject

Using CB and Auto Actions to send welcome emails to new users. It was working and the subject line was shown in Mail Catcher but it has stopped recently for some reason.

The emails are going out with the subject and being received by the user and a bcc Gmail account.

All other emails are shown correctly, just not the Welcome email subject.

Any suggestions?

Oh I see. Expired in Feb so no support. I'll fix it myself.
