The Feedback module is available for BUNDLE, HUB and DEVELOPER subscriptions, more information can be found here:

www.solidres.com/subscribe/levels

I didn't see anything of the feedback plugin in the frontpage of my website!

When install and enable Feedback plugin, you can see the feedback in the tab next to the asset's description as you can see in our live demo:
