How to run a retreat centre using Solidres?

Hi

One of my clients runs a retreat centre, taking bookings manually.
They are now so busy that manual bookings no longer work.

I am looking for a solution that does the following:

Self-retreats - guests pay for accommodation only

Conducted retreats
- retreats happen according to a schedule, known well in advance
- guests have the option of just booking accommodation (i.e. not participating in the retreat)
- guests have the option to pay for accommodation and a surcharge for the retreat (each retreat has a different surcharge)

I can't work out how to map these requirements to Solidres (or any other system, for that matter).

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You can use Solidres'a assets for retreat and the use Solidres's Extras system to set up your retreat. That way, your guest will be able to book accommodation and also retreat if they want.
