Our RMS (Restaurant Management System) version 1.2.0 has been released with the following new features:

• Shifts: define flexible opening and closing hours for each weekday. Multiple shifts per day are supported.
• Turn times: configure the maximum period your guests can use a table before it is being made available for other reservations. Turn time can be defined differently per shift.
• Special days: close a day or configure a special day which has different shifts than a normal day.

Joomla! 3.9 RC was released on Oct 10, 2018 and we’ve been busy testing it. The Joomla! Core Team and community members have put a lot of effort into it, especially the new Privacy Suite which is the highlight of this release. We’ve completed the integration with Joomla! 3.9 new Privacy Suite, when Joomla! 3.9 Stable released, we will release a new Solidres version which has full support for it. We strongly recommend all users to use the new Privacy Suite instead of other 3rd extensions.

Another exciting new feature is the new Log Rotation plugin, it offers basic log rotation functionality for a Joomla! site, if you need more advanced log rotation functionality, Sidekick is a good choice for you.

Our mission for Speedy Translation is always the same “to make translation work in Joomla! easier and speedier”, that’s why we’ve just released a new Speedy Translate version with a new feature called “Automatic translation”, you can check it in our animated GIF below to have a quick overview of this feature:

Speedy Translate is now able to provide automatic translation suggestion for our Inline Translation feature using Translate API from Yandex Technologies, this API is free therefore you can try out right now, don’t forget to upgrade your Speedy Translate to the latest version. Otherwise, let subscribe/renew Speedy Translate subscription and leave all the Joomla translation work headache behind, right now!

The Custom field is one of the features that Solidres users use the most. However the current custom field feature is limited to customer’s fields only, now we are improving it to add support for room form as well, it will allow the administrator to define custom fields for room form easily, just like the customer’s fields. Please check the following screenshot for more details:

This new feature will be available for Custom Field plugin 1.0.0 and Solidres for Joomla 2.8.0.

We are happy to announce the release of Solidres for Joomla v2.7.0, this is a major release with a lot of new features, performance improvements and bug fixes. In addition to it we also release new versions of other Solidres plugins/modules and all payment gateway plugins.
