No assigned rooms notification for staffs was created by Thellie
As you know (because I have opened a ticket and you're helping), we are having an issue with double bookings - guests are booking via various agencies (booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka) and rooms are being let even though they're not available.
As you have said, it's an availability mismatch which needs to be solved.
However, it is difficult to know quickly when a double booking occurs as the reservation status is set to Cancelled - staff assume that it has been cancelled by the guest and don't bother to check.
I would like to suggest a new status for the 'No rooms reservation status' option - could we have one called 'Double Booking' so that it is obvious when the reservation arrives that the staff have to act immediately to solve the problem. I'll leave the colour option to you
