Deadline in tariff

Hi

I have 2 tariffs, one is bedroom only and other is bedroom with meal

Is it possible to have a parametric deadline (4 hours for example) necessary to buy food ?
I can give a bedroom immediatly if there is not meal with , but it is more difficult with meal if i have nothing in the fridge

It is the same case with extras, i need 2 hours tu prepare jacuzzi with good temperature

I know that it exist a deadline (days) in components
