Taxes Report

It would be nice to be able to pull a report on taxes collected for a certain period of time of my choosing. Or options like monthly, quarterly, yearly

As a general rule, Solidres lacks export statistics, whether commercial or accounting. I provided them with a plugin developed two years ago for 2.7, but they don't have time to take care of it to update it to version 2.10 ...
You can nevertheless have this result by selecting in the menu list of reservations the reservations for the period you want, export CSV and extract what interests you, including taxes, VAT, etc.
