It's good to be able to charge a deposit when a customer books their holiday but when a booking is made within a set number of days of checkin then the deposit amount should change to 100%.
So, there should two additional variables to select within admin.
1. 2nd deposit amount (ie 100%)
2. The number of days before checkin for it to change.
