Prepaid or no-refundable rate

Hi

Could you implement a Prepaid or non-refundable rate, to be able to create special discounts for a non-refundable rate.
If you have selected 'Only show lowest rate' you should see the non-refundable rate, but also the next lowest rate !! ( Else a user would only see the non-refundable rate, and cannot choose a standard rate )

We normally collect the credit card data only for No Shows or late cancellations, but in the case a guest selects a non-refundable rate, we charge it straight away.
