Child rate scenario

I have a person based rate scenario where the first child between the ages of 0-6 is free. The second (or third) one is 50% extra. In addition a child aged 6-12 is always 50% extra. Can this be accomplished?

I have a couple more issues before purchasing:
- Is it possible to apply a discount for length of stay. Say 1 night is 50 per person, 2 nights is 40, 3 is 30 so on...?
- Is there a developers guide for developing a payment gateway plugin?
- Is it possible to apply a discount for payment method? Say 20% off for Bank transfer and 10% off for Credit Card?

1. Yes, you can configure that discount rule with our Discount plugin.

2. There isn't an official documentation, however you can use our existing payment plugin as a reference. It is not complicated to implement a new payment plugin.
