Coupon code for grand total of booking?

Hi,

is there a way to generate a coupon code for the grand total of a booking?
As far as I see it, all of the coupon codes affect the daily room / apartment costs only.
I would like to have something like: room costs + extras = grand total - coupon code = final grand total

Must have function. Coupon should be aplicable to grand total sum, not per day. Thank you.
