Rate Plan for one day in every week (month)

Hi,
I wonder if the Rate Plan (complex tariff) can be configured to allow for reservation of one specific day in every week (month) over a full year.
For instance: customer can pick up Every Monday during the whole year (50 days total)
Or: First Sunday of every month (for the whole year) ( 12 days total)

In gulf states there is a usual request for regular meetings of a group of people (mostly big families). They want to book one day in the month (for instance 2nd day of every month) or (2nd Friday of every month). Then they search for a property (usually a resort) to reserve same room-type for one year in advance matching the days in the month they have selected.
Same thing applies to the weekly meetings (the want to book for every Friday in the week, during next year).
This system of booking is not suitable for hotels for instance, but is useful for big places like farms or some types of resorts.
The group want to fix the place and dates so that every one comes on time and save more work on searching every time for a new booking.

It is not really an important features since it can be done manually, but I was only checking if the possibility exists.
