feedback set up

Hi there

Please can you explain to me simply how to set up the feedback. I have installed and published the feedback plugin.

How do I use

• feedback conditions
• feedback types
• feedback type values

And then how do I get it to show on the frontend?

I also tried testing the form as it is and the formatting is all wrong - there seems to be a conflict of some kind on the forms. I have Solidres set to bootstrap 3 (as my template) could there be a JQuery conflict?

I am trying to set up an automated email send to guests that have stayed at my property. In my test, I am receiving the email. When entering the feedback fields (Review headline , What did you like, what didn't you like) and pressing the "send button" I am getting the following error:

Warning
Field required: Feedback type

Where do I configure the feedback type?

Second question, I would like to modify the outgoing email template regarding the feedback. Where are those located?

Joomla backend > Components: Solidres > (in the menu on left) CUSTOMER FEEDBACK > Feedback types

Would be very good to have also the Feedback Emails listed into:
Solidres > System Info > Important Paths > Email templates
In a "logical" "ordered" way and, maybe, with an info comment on "when that email is sent"
