Questions About the Solidres

Hi,

1) Logged in as User, can I edit my reservation?

2) Is possible insert a room picture in user mail template?

3) Can the system log Admin hotel managers actions such as: changes tariffs and availability?
E.g: the Hotel has 2 administrators and 3 rooms (room A, B and C) 1 admin changed the tariffs of room A and B, the other admin deleted the room C and changed again the Room B tariff. I need this information be saved in SQL table, it's possible? If Solidres don't do that, can you develop it for me or provide instructions for me to develop it?

Hi,

1. With User plugin, guest can cancel their reservation and make a new one.

2. Yes by editing email template files.

3. Yes it is logged via our Stream plugin (available for Joomla users)

about Stream plugin, the only description I can find is: "Record important activities in Solidres for better tracking"

But, Please, How can I use exactly the Stream plugin ?
I mean, after installed it a new System info > Stream menu appear.
As far as I understand there is nothing we have to do, all the streamed actions are established by the Stream plugin directly.
If we need to check activity on single Property / Experience, we have to edit it and look at the Stream tab, nothing more...
Please, Am I right ?

Is Stream plugin anything related with the GDPR infos ?

It records activity for specific items, for example you can edit a reservation or view a property/room type and it will be logged to Stream plugin.
