Hi,
when I try to access to log-in to frontend partner dashboard I have an error 403. I'm having the test with my super user account . My super user account has the partner group permission I have assigned to partner.
Also, I have the 403 error when I try to click on my profile after log-in on frontend custom menu.
The partener group and the custom group has the create, modify, modify state, modify own permission.
Where i was wrong?

Hi,

You should access the partner dashboard with a dedicated partner account belong the correct configured partner group.

Hi,
I've just tried and yes with another account it works.
But, by this way, a super user can not be able to manage his property; Isn.t it?
Have I created a second account of mine only to manage my property?
It creates a bit of confusion ... I need to create a second email account too!

Hi,
I've fixed the issue #10081 " how syncronize the joomla user accounts to solidres users " and it fixed this one too!
So,now, I don't need to have a second account. Now I can log-in with my super user account

Hi,

It is because the front end Dashboard is for partners, super user should use the back end for administration tasks.

@gmonamour Please, How do you fixed it ? What is and where can I find the issue #10081 did you mentioned ?
Really have no sense, as Super Administartor I have always to check what a Partner is experiencing, also just to fix template layouts issues.
It is crazy have to create second, and maybe third account to have a look to the Customer Dashboard.
A Super Administrator before to be Super Administrator is a Partner and before to be a Partner is a Customer and before to be a Customer is a Registered User.
Please, How to FIX it inheriting the permission like happen for each Joomla default usergroups ?
