Problems installtion plugin

Impossible to install two plugin :
plg_solidres_invoice_v1.0.0.zip
plg_solidres_experienceinvoice_v0.6.0.zip

I configure the server like this :
max_execution_time 3600
max_input_time 3600
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 128M
upload_max_filesize 32M

II tried to install it from tmp folder :
Error
Please enter a package directory
Can not find an installation package
Can you help me ?

Just extract files from the zip in the tmp folder, and do it....
