Templates-Style-Settings

I uploaded PORTA template to my site and now want to make some changes in the template settings.
Therefore I went to "extentions" - "templates" - "style", clicked on Porta-default and then tab "options" - "settings" - "styles" and than on the button "Customizer". Normally at that point should open my site in a modifical mode, but the "loading wheel" keeps on turning and nothing opens.....?
