Complex tariffs quick tool bug

I installed the complex tariff plugin and cloned tariffs I created. It worked ok for the first batch then on the second batch it will not change the date year selected in the set and apply tabs. Even when I save it shows the cloned dates and not the new dates?

It seems to require saving and saving again then again before the new dates allow the clone to take the new date

It is working which is great as I need to go out a few years. No need to reply thanks
