customer user and password required

Hi,
I need that every customer is forced to insert his user name and password.
Could you tell me how can I set that?
I found the way to have the user name and password into the booking form but this data are not required (there is not the asterisk).
So if the customer does not compile that two fields he is not registered in the site.

You'd need to modify the code to force user registration, at this moment it is only optional.
