Complete reservation via administrator section

Hello,
I would like to know if is in your featured plan to give the option to the administrator to make a reservation via the administrator panel.
I ask it cause of a situation I confront. I have only one type of payment and this is via paypal.
But a customer had decided to call me for a reservation and he paid me immediately via bank accounts.
With this method I was not able to update my system for this reservation.

Is any solution about this situation?
