Membership plug in for Hub booking portal

For using this system as a booking portal it is essential that you can charge properties for adding their listing and using the website. May be you can develop a membership plug in feature for Hub subscribers? Then properties can pay their listing fee during registration (before making their listing). Annual fee or monthly fee. PayPal could be a gateway to pay for these subscription fees.

It would be great if a certain percentage of commission can be connected to a specific membership plan.
Example: Free listing, but with a commission on bookings for ..%. Paid listing with no commission to pay on bookings etc. Booking portals should be free to choose any combination of listing fee and booking commission for membership plans, and create different membership plans. Also the choice to only ask for the listing fee and no booking commissions.

Of course there must be a solid feature to charge the commissions if applicable.
