Adding and Editing payment methods in a reservation

Hello team,

The idea is simple, we want to be able to edit the payment method in a reservation.
We should be able to add to the list specific payments methods (Cash, checks, specific credit cards, gift certificates...)
And we should be able to have a dropdown list in the reservation screen of our client to change the payment method.
