Several questions about licence, PWA and custom fields

1. The license should be applied on the local developing website ? There will be problems for when the site will be put online ?
2. In case I want the review/testimonials from the clients to have a video field, this can be possible using the custom fields or is a more complex job ?
3. The platform is compatible with one of PWA modules for Joomla ? Can be used as a PWA ?
4. The custom field allows me to add more field for just the renting entity or for users also ?
5. In what country your company is based (Didn't found any info about the company on the website) ?

There is somebody who can answer ? I am interested in the HUB package and those points are important for our client.
