SR_REINSTALL_USER_PLUGIN_IS_NEEDED was created by trentdavis
I had to re-install Joomla core files due to an error, and then upgraded to Joomla 3.8. I am now receiving the error: SR_REINSTALL_USER_PLUGIN_IS_NEEDED.
I noticed that if I disable the Solidres user plugin, then the error disappears. I have even tried reinstalling the entire Solidres package, but the error remains. Please tell me how to fix this problem.

I found I had to go back to the previous version of Joomla to fix this - do not upgrade to 3.8

The message simply notify you that you need to reinstall User plugin, you can just reinstall it and everything will be just fine.
