We have 3 room types, and at times we want to give guest a free upgrade if it fits better with existing bookings (or we just feel like being nice :-).

How do we do that in Solidres?

Nice week to you.

What do you mean free upgrade? Did you mean changing the reservation's rooms? If yes then you can just amend the existing reservation.

I tried that, but the price changed to the new room type's. And I don't want to send that to the guest.

Hi,

In the mean time you can create a special tariff just for that customer.

We will add ability to override price while amending the reservation in v1.0.0, please stay tuned.
