Empty Complex Tariff was created by chara_admin
Hello I added my complex tariffs many months ago and in my website all tariffs look good, but when I checked them today in the backend the page is empty in all of my room types :ohmy: I need to change one of them so I have to fix this as soon as its possible.
What should I do?
Plz help :P

Hi,

Nice week to you.

If you've just upgraded Solidres recently, please make sure that you also download and install the latest version of all Solidres plugins/modules for maximum compatibility with new version. In your case, you can try to reinstall Complex Tariff plg and User plg.

And If i reinstall those plugins, do I have to rewrite all my tariffs from the begining?

I can't find the plugins in the "show all downloads page"! I logged out and then I logged in but I couldn't find them. Is that because I didn't update my single package?

Hi,

Your subscription was expired in 30-03-2016, renewal is optional. You can use the Complex Tariff version that you downloaded before, it works fine with Solidres v0.9.4 and earlier.
