*** URGENT: White site after finalise confirmation - no confirmation via mail ***

When my guests try to book a room and click on the finalize/confirmation button ("confirmation.jpg"), there shows only a white site up neither me or the guests get a confirmation mail.
There is only a white site and nothing else. I even can't go back to the Home site.
I updated the latest version of solidres - is this the problem?

How can I solve this issue.

Please make sure that your template is fully compatible with latest Solidres version, if not, you have to remove all out of date template override for Solidres to get rid of potential issues.
