Questios about the HUB version

I am interested in your product but have few Questions:
1- If I buy the HUB, say, and decide to move to a different server, after 5 years or so, would that be possible without any more payments?
2- Does this version allow an Asset Owner to create an account and start managing his unit without Admin intervention?
3- For payments by customer to Hotels, Would it be paid directly to Asset owners? or go through a bank of the Solidres owner first?
4- last: is it possible to create custom Views? For instance a view to just list all assets? etc ..

1. Yes it is possible, there is nothing that could restrict you.

2. Yes, it is the main functionality of Hub, asset's owner (partner) has a front end dashboard to manage their asset without having to log in Joomla administartor.

3. Payment goes directly to asset owner.

4. Yes, with Hub plugin, you will have a new view to list all assets (all or by specific location/category)

Still with Hub interface:
Is it possible to give the Partner the power to create new Assets?
I noticed that he can create/manage lots of things within the asset, but is refused to create a new asset from scratch?

One more question applies also to the Hub subscription:
It is a great idea to use Complex Tariffs for the room types; however I see that the Standard tariff is still there.
The question: is there any way to hide that last one? since it is not required (and even not allowed)?

1. Partner can create new assets if the admin allows that.

2. It can be hidden with a minor code modification.
