Hello
To get iCal to sync do i have to upload the file from the third party every time? Is there no where I can put the link so it automatically syncs?

Hi,
ICal is a simple way to sync availability and it supports 2-ways synchronization:
1. From Solidres to 3rd applications: it is synced automatically.
2. From 3rd applications to Solidres: it requires manual sync.
You can use Channel Manager which is a more advanced sync method.

The Channel Manager is already include in your subscription, however you will need to register a separated account at myallocator.com
