Experience - PayPal Base rate adjustment was created by ardi
If the base rate adjustment in the payment options i.e. PayPal is set to + [%] or -[%] the adjustment is not calculated correctly. There is also no possibility to make an adjustment with decimal points i.e. 5.2%.
Actually I don't know what means a 'base rate' in the plugin Experience. I need a percent adjustment from 'Grand Total'
