Email notification offline paiement does not work (Joomla)

Hello,

I don't know if it's a bug or a configuration issue.

I don't receive any mail when someone put his card infos on the offline plugin paiement...
I checked my smtp configuration on Joomla dashboard and the test mail is working!

I don't understand why I don't receive mail from this plugin...

ps : However, I receive mail confirmation on reservation.

pj : capture of my Joomla and OVH configuration.

Server mail option in Joomla : PHP mail
Test send email : ok : test email sent / test email received

Every mail sent is working on all other plugins.
Is it normal ?

Where did the email is sent with offline paiement ? There is very many fields with asset email in Solidres configurations.
