The reservation no longer sends the email

Dear Sir,

The reservation no longer sends the email

For a few days I had to set up the sending of emails in joomla with the smtp method. Sending that works correctly.
The problem arises when a customer makes a reservation. We used to receive the notification email, now we don't receive it anymore.
The reservation is registered in the pending status, if I confirm it then we will receive the email.
How can I solve?

Hi,

Please renew your subscription level first, then you should be able to access menu Support > Tickets, it is where you can open a new support ticket, the support ticket system is only available for active subscribers.
