Free Upgrade install Error

Good Day
Can you please help - Im trying to upgrade to the latest free vertion for now but Im getting this error when I upload it
Im using the latest joomla and php7.3
Also not able to edit property getting this error Class 'SRToolBarHelper' not found
Its rather urgent I need to launch on friday
