Plugin HUB 1.12.0 - error

PHP 7.4.20 + Joomla 3.9.27 (tested also on 4) + Solidres 2.12.0 beta + Plugin HUB 1.12.0

"Fix country’s state field: do not auto populate when country is not selected"
This is true when "Create new property", I mean, till when you select the Country for the first time.
If I yet selected the Country and I go back selecting "Select Country", all the Countries States are shown > this is a video for you

+ on Joomla 3.9.27 when cliciking on Contries drop down menu, it is switched to red color
