Hi guys,
I apologize for the delay in replying, I needed time to investigate on it. No I got hat's happening:
- I install Solidres
- I install the HUB plugin
- I set the Options > Hub > Partner User Group: Publisher (for example)
- Login with User that has yet the Partner permissions, that it is yet assigned to the Publisher usergroup
- Going on the frontend Partner Dashboard: I Cannot Access having back the Error as reported
Why ?
Because the Solidres API Key has not been yet generated...
In fact, if I edit the User that is yet assigned to "Publisher", save it ithout any modification, the Solidres API Key js generated and the issue is solved = I can access.
This is the real issue: installing Solidres HUB on existing sites can generate the issue: all the Users yet into the HUB usergroup will not have access till they are edited one by one and re saved.
This can happen also on new sites, as in my test case, for the Super User (I am) created from joomla during its installation, where the usergroup set for hub was yet added to the Super User before the Solidres installation, so I have not edited it and the Solidres API Key has not been generated.
Would be good to add an automatic script to generate tokens for the existing users during the first time I set (save) the "Options > Hub > Partner User Group",
Or, at least, to add a tip in the documentation...
I have no tested, Can this happening in the same way also for the:
- Options > General > Customer user group: ...
- Options > General > Employee user group: ...
settings and the Customer Dashboard access ?

Hi guys,
I tested it on Test1 site (you have yet a full access) and I can open a new support ticket, but it is useless because to replicate the issue you have to:
- to install a new Joomla site
- create and assign Users on UserGroups you will use in Solidres for Partners, Customers, Employee
- to install Solidres and its plugins
- to set Partners, Customers, Employee usergoups
- test the frontend access on a created Partner Dashboard menu item for example
- Super User and other users yet assigned (before the Solidres intallation) to Partner usergroup will not have access till they will edit and re save their profile (and the Solidres API key will be created)
