Just updated to 2.12.3 - I can now create a property (though the error messages when not filling out some fields are not good - need to be fixed). But i cannot create a room. I get error:

The 2.12.4 release has not solved all problems on J! 4. I still canot create a Room Type, I am stranded at the error: Saving failed with the following message: Field 'language' doesn't have a default value
But I do not find any language field anywhere ???
