[2.12.9 Bugs] Submission Approval: Yes - Help

Hi guys,

1 - "Options > Hub > Property submission approval: Yes >>> Notify email: ..."
How is it supposed to work? Please, if left empty, anyway Solidres will notify by Email to the Super User OR to fill in this field it is mandatory to have the notification feature running ?!?

2 - A basic concept of HUB portal is to be able to manage Partners (frontend dashboard) permissions.
As HUB Super User we can always & simply "hide" frontend fields depending on the logged User > User Group. This is something Solidres has to keep in mind when set default options.
BUG - As it is happening by default on Joomla 4, the Status creating new Property / Experience by default should be always "Unpublished", because in front end we can always "hide" the status field and so all the Properties and Experiences created by the Partner, implicitly, must always be approved ("without considering" the Approval setting, but keeping the "Approval Notify email" setting). So:

Creating New Property > Publishing > Status: Published > Unpublished

3 - For the same "point 2" reason:
Creating New Property > Publishing > Approved: Yes >>> No by default
BUG - The Approved field by default should be always "No", always asking for a manual "Yes" changing when creating a property.

4 - What about an Experience Approval (notification) setting ?
