Hello, i'm a subscriber of solidres.
I'm trying to use solidres with this template.
demos.joomlage.com/joomlage_0083/index.php
Installation is ok! and the pluggins.
just the in the info about Room e Rates and so on the visual looks like this.
Why this happen?
Can i disable the cupon code form?
Can i reduce the size of arrival/departure Date form?

Could you re-attach your screenshot again?
Please make sure that your template has a full support for Bootstrap 2.3.2
Sure, you can edit your asset and disable it in tab Publishing.

the web site of the temple don't say anything about bootstrap.
Can i reduce the size of arrival/departure Date form?

Hi,
Solidres's layout requires Bootstrap 2.3.2, you can also check #3 in our FAQ:
www.solidres.com/support/frequently-asked-questions
Most of templates for Joomla 3 supports Bootstrap because Bootstrap is a standard in Joomla 3. If your template does not support Bootstrap, you should ask their developer to add it or switch to other templates.
About resizing the form, you can use the following CSS in your template CSS file
About attachments file, they exceeds the attachment file size limit therefore they were not uploaded.

i have one more question!
It is possible receive a FAX with the confirmation of reservation?
One more question.
Since you click CHECK button after picking the date of reservation the new page appears at room description instead of the top page(info and hotel photos) it is possible change the showed area to the top. CHECK-> Top step 1 -> Top Step2 -> finish the reservation.
