Experience - admin cannot save new reservation - invalid start time

Hi,
I have a customer who wishes to book a programme, but I need to make the reservation in the back end. When I try to save, it errors (see pic). As the start time field is Read Only, I can't make the reservation at all.

IGNORE THIS - You can click on the start time field... It's just that it is shaded the same as Read Only which makes it confusing.
