Coupon created by admin (property wide) shall not be editable by partners

For a coupon that applies to all (or many) properties made by Admin. It has been noticed that any partner can change the coupon from the front-end admin. I believe that such a coupon shall be restricted (use it or leave it) and only website admin can modify it. Partner can have the ability to apply it to his property or reject it. If a partner want to change it, however, he will automatically get his own copy leaving the original copy as is including for his own property.

You can just change the permission of your partner user group so that they won' be able to manage coupons using our ACL plugin (System > Access control).

But this solution prohibits all coupons including private ones.
