Price NAN

Price is displaying as nan in the front end, despite following all installation instructions and different solutions suggested in forums, including:
- ensuring the currency and exchange rate source are set in the config
- the currency is installed and published in system info > currencies
- ensuring tariffs are set for the room type
- solidres is the latest available version
