Different tariff for one apartment

Please help, I read the Tariff configuration but still not able to set it up for the apartment.

Private apartment has 1 private bedroom for 2 people and a bed in the living room:

Rent is available for:
Independent apartment (for 3 person max)
Private bedroom in this apartment (for 2 people max)
One bed in the living room

Could you explain in detail please

In addition to the post above,
It is necessary that if a private room is booked, then for the same dates independent apartment is no longer available,
but for another customer the bed in living room still mast be available for booking and vice versa.
