Min Adults in Edit Rate plan

Hello,
I have one specific question: Is it possible to change Min people to Min adults in the Edit rate plan? Why? Because if I determine that the minimum number is 2 people and that there is a 30% surcharge for one person, then that surcharge is not activated if I add one child to one adult. Also, discounts for children are valid only if they are in a room with 2 adults.
A concrete example: a double room with an extra bed. How to make a price list if it is possible to place in that room:
a) 2 adults and 1 child
b) 1 adult and 2 children. Children can be up to 6 years free or 6-12 years with some discount in%
c) 3 adults (this is not a problem)
d) only 1 adult (this is not a problem)
Children 0-6 years are free, and 6-12 years have a 50% discount, but only with 2 adults

Do I need to make a separate New rate plan for each of these 4 cases?
If the answer is "yes", then is it too complicated for site visitors to see 5 types of rooms for one hotel and several price lists for each room. Am I doing something wrong?

In your case, could you try to set a rate plan for adult only, then use Extras for child?
