Complex tariffs click edit icon and save problem was created by liuchenbo
In Non-Engnlish back end when add Complex tariffs works fine
but when edit and save , click 'eye' icon will show in attachments capture pic ,
that repeat from Sunday to Saturday twice. Sometimes front end will change to unrecognizable characters page because of it

Could you try to delete and re-create it?
