Individual Rooms and linked room types

Can you please advise and or supply documentation for the initial and ongoing room configuration and tariff management for your component.
I would like to be able to be able to use your product and ensure that it provides all the necessary feature that we are looking for prior to spending thousands of dollars on development.

I am looking for features that the other fall short of!!
In particular;
1.Can I load individual rooms and then group them in a room type?
2.Can I then change the room tariff of a particular room as well as a whole room type?
3. can I set the max capacity of a room type? Eg, Max capacity 3 = 1 Adult 2 Children / 2 Adults I child / 3 adults?
4. Can I load different rates to a room type for only a Weekday?
5. Can I load different rates to a room type for only a Friday?
6. Can I load different rates to a room type for only a Saturday?
7. How can the reservations be viewed, filtered and managed once submitted?
