Tourism / Occupancy Tax issue...

Hi there again,

So, we have 1 asset/property but which has the peculiar situation of being located in 2 cities - some rooms in 1 city [1st], and a couple of rooms in another [2nd].

We have in Italy a Tourism/Occupancy Tax which is 2€ for the 1st city, and 3€ for the 2nd city.
I have tried turning on the Tourism Tax but that seems to be at the Asset level and not at the room level that I could find...

Also an alternative, I have tried to setup up a Tax but those are ONLY in % and that doesn't work as depending on when it is during the year, the prices vary enough that we can't use a % to get to the same amount

Hi,

As your current set up is not common, we'd suggest you to create 02 assets for each city to avoid difficulties in setup.
