Availability visible already on JS Calendar in Module Check Availability

This is what I need, and I have that module installed however it does not show unavailable dates. Today is the 9th so the dates of 1 - 8 are lined through so that is fine. Then I manually entered a booking for the 26-28th October, It is set correctly and shows as confirmed and in green in reservations. That date is showing as unavailable in the drop down calendar on the booking page, however the date selection box via the module on the front page4 and the selection at the top of the booking page still shows the date as available.
Then when I select that date and search it shows as no rooms available.

That is not very elegant and it cant be how things are supposed to be.

Is there a setting I am missing or a FAQ on this?
