SR to handle checking out routine automatically

Currently, the manager needs to manually checkout a guest so that the booking is closed and the "Please give us feedback" email is sent. As a web designer, I can do this easy enough. However, for non-technical people, this is asking too much.

Please have SR automatically checkout the booking at the date and time specified, then send the email without the owner needing to manually do this.

I would be interested in this as well, i just have a single asset. The check in and check out function is not really neccesary for a single asset. If the feedback e-mail would be automaticaly send after x-time after departure date, that would be awesome.
