Feature Request : Villa or Appartment Rental , skipping room type

I think for villa and appartment rental, it would be kind to have the Ability to bypass the roomtype panel : The villa does not have room to rent, instead if has a "number of rooms" contained in description which is also searchable), but the customer rent the entire villa, so there is no need to integrate room types

unfortunately it is not sufficient to have an "Apartment Layout".
To have a Villa or Appartment Rental running also a "Complex Tariff > Mode: month" is a must.
